Kinloch Property Services is another recent addition to the KINLOCH family. Kinloch Mortgage, Insurance and Financial Services have been in operation with great success for the last 5 years and have now “given birth” to Kinloch Property Services.
Initially established in the Saltire Centre, Glenrothes, by Mortgage Advisors Frank Rocks & Colin Page, their aim was to provide an approachable and efficient service to meet their client’s needs. Development and increased demand resulting from their hard work and success followed Independent Financial Advisors Brian Swinley & John Rodgers to join the team and a move to their new home, St Clair Street Kirkcaldy, which is all helped run smoothly by Office & Accounts Manager, Jennifer Doig and her partner Lisa Bald.
The growing Kinloch family was, and is always looking for new ways to expand and to provide a better service for their client base, which lead to the conception of Kinloch Property Services and another two additions to an already successful team.
On the 15th May 2006, Kinloch Property Services opened its doors on “Estate Agent Strip” in central Glenrothes, North Street, which is an ideal situation, keeping all Estate Agents within easy access of each other, making it easier for the buyer or seller to look for property.
Already, Kinloch Property Services has followed with the same success of her sister companies, Kinloch Mortgage and Insurance Services and Kinloch Financial Services and provided many home owners with a professional, efficient and friendly service and successful sales of their properties. The KINLOCH family can only go from strength to strength; knowing that by providing superior, unique services to our clients makes us the Agents to use if you are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and honest company to cover all your needs.
