We have a ‘Self Sale’ Package which is based on a one off fixed fee payment which allows potential sellers to personally have complete control in the sale of their property. Kinloch Property Services act as an Advertising Portal with regards to internet advertising alone while the seller has control over viewings and negotiations on their own property.

We also have Fixed Fee packages and % based Packages which give our potential sellers the flexibility to use our full sale service or just certain aspect of it, depending on what you as the seller prefers.
